Born from a desire to debunk some of the more common wine ‘myths’ and rules, the series of evenings aim to take the stuffiness out of wine tastings; keeping things fun, informative and a little bit mischievous.

Bordeaux has given itself a makeover. The world’s most famous wine region has drastically switched up the identity of Claret to appeal to people who like their red wines lighter, fruitier, and even chilled. Come and taste these ‘new’ clarets: one in a cocktail, one with an ice cube, one chilled, and one at normal temperature, and prepare to have your red-wine mind blown, as expert and broadcaster Jane Rakison returns to RWC to take you through the new-Claret times.
