A celebration of the season’s best food and drink ingredients, featuring a multi-course dining experience with the arrival of each dish celebrated by either music, singing, dance, a light show or any other form of fitting entertainment.
Featuring a full choir surrounding the restaurant to sing in the dishes of food, a harpist playing both classical and contemporary pieces and indoor fireworks igniting in time with the entertainment as the dinner’s finale. The evening usually ends with a bit of a party.

A seasonal menu of food and drink
The menu for each evening is prepared according to the freshest and best ingredients available at the precise moment of the season.
An option is available for each course to be expertly paired with a specifically chosen wines or spirits for each of the seasonal dishes. A flight of cocktails rounds off our dinner.
