The bar at B&H Buildings stocks an exhaustive range of spirits, beers and fine wines, but the star of the show is Bourne & Hollingsworth's trademark cocktails, with a list featuring classics and ever changing new creations.

Beefeater London dry gin enriched with Spanish vanilla liqueur, fresh lemon, homemade rhubarb, ginger and marjoram syrup, shaken with egg white and paired with Mr Kipling’s French Fancy

A Cunning Plan £10

This drink is a cleverly concocted mélange of chilli & ginger-infused Yaguara cachaça, King’s Ginger liqueur, fresh lime, ginger and passion fruit.

Fine Fig-ure £9

It’s a fine figure this drink cuts indeed, with Wyborowa vodka, fig liqueur, honey, fresh lemon and fig shaken and served up for your delectation.

Putting on the Spritz £10

We’ve refined the modern favourite spritz in this fresh blend of Solerno Sicilian blood orange liqueur, Campari, Aperol and bubbles

Cherry Pop £9.5

A vibrant mouth-watering marriage of Four Roses Yellow Label bourbon, Lazzaroni Amaretto, fresh lemon and homemade cherry and vanilla syrup, served with a cherry surprise

Chabliss Cobbler £8.5

Fresh, complex, gluggable. Pedro Ximénez sherry cobbled together with Chablis wine, fresh lime, falernum and orgeat syrups, churned and topped with Fevertree ginger beer.

Tiki Monkey £10

A heady mix of Appleton, Blackwell and Wray & Nephew Jamaican rums, shaken with fresh lime, mango and a cranberry, paprika, cherry and Angostura syrup, served flaming.

Que? There is nothing faulty about this stirry boozy little green number. Lashings of Hendrick’s gin, Absentroux, green Chartreuse, Roots Mastiha and mezcal intertwining sublimely.

Snake bites back £9

Putting the ‘class’ back in the classic Snakebite, beloved in pubs across the land. Curious cider, Somerset Cider brandy company’s Ice Cider, Lejay cassis blended and topped with Curious Brew IPA.

Taking the Pisco £10

A delectable fresh, rich and fluffy blend of Barsol Pisco, Lejay apricot liqueur, homemade pistachio paste, fresh lime and free-range egg white. No joke.

Lovely Jubbly £12

Definitely not for Del-boy, this is an elegant delicate mix of Merlet Brother’s Blend cognac, sweet vermouth, Pampelle Pink Grapefruit liqueur topped with bubbles.  

Kammbucha Rosie Lee £10

Green tea, Real Kombucha Dry Dragon and Kamm & Sons’ British aperitif finessed with Beefeater London dry gin, fresh lemon, cranberry and apple juice. Better than Tetley’s.

Pinky and Perky £10

A perky and pink drink - pink peppercorn-infused El Jimador reposado tequila shaken with St Germain Elderflower and pink grapefruit liqueur, fresh pink grapefruit, lime and a pinch of Himalayan – you guessed it – pink salt.

Suits You Sir / Ma’am £10

A flavourful tailor-made blend of Monkey Shoulder Scotch whisky, Cocchi di Torino vermouth, Sauvignon Blanc, fresh raspberry and an apple & pomegranate syrup.

Cor Limey Guv’nor  £9.5

A fresh and citrusy riff on the Margarita, with El Jimador reposado tequila shaken with Merlet Trois Citrus liqueur, fresh lime and a homemade spicy chai syrup & black walnut bitters.
